Payments are non-refundable. Minor adjustments are honoured within 14 calendar days.
CANCELLATIONS WITH SHALEEN
Changes within 2 business days incur a 50% fee. Changes within 1 business day, or no-shows, incur 100%.
CANCELLATIONS WITH PAYTON
Less than 24 hours' notice, or a no-show, incurs a $75 rebooking fee.
